Okay fine, you got me. Photography and my process capturing moments I love are what this is all about. I’m a Director of Photography as well but more like Bruce Wanye than Vilmos Zsigmond. Bruce and I both have all consuming side-jobs that almost no one knows about.

I’d like to refine my thoughts and feelings about my work by putting more of it out in the world. Even if no one stops by here, it helps me to think that someone could.

Finally, as to the title. I wanted to avoid being overly cute or punny but the fact is that I’m obsessed by visual geometry. Strong graphic design has always been a weakness of mine. But being graphic alone can leave the soul out of my work. That’s where words come in.

Being lead by words can prove a more intoxicating experience than any image can produce. That’s where I want to be. Lead by stories and promises. An image can in fact pursue the same ends, but it needs to be informed by something that can be read within the frame. If I don’t know what I’m trying to say, I might lose that moment to inattention.
